How long does is take for my order to ship?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. If there is a delay for some reason, you will be contacted by email. Please do not send emails asking when your order will ship as it delays the shipping process.
I ordered and did not get an email?
You will receive an email when you place your order and again when your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you do not see them.
I still haven’t gotten my order?
Please check your email for tracking information and track your order. Please also check your spam folder. If there is an issue with shipping I can help you open a case to locate your package as needed.
How do I store my herbs?
Dried herbs are best stored in an airtight jar away from direct sunlight. Stored properly they will be best for 3 years and won't "go bad" but may lose potency.
When will you restock?
I restock items daily and also sell out of different items daily. Some reasons items may be out of stock:
The herb is growing. In some cases my farmer or supplier has a set amount of an herb. It grows for the season, I purchase it and that’s it until next season.
It’s over harvested. Some herbs become “trendy” and over harvesting occurs. This makes the herb hard to find and increases the price. Sometimes it also affects the quality. If I can’t secure herbs that are sourced legitimately, of good quality and fairly priced, that herb will remain out of stock until I can.
I posted a video. I try and provide extra stock for products I discuss on my social media pages, however, the demand still surpasses the supply in some cases.
My supplier (and usually back up supplier) is out of stock. I have been purchasing herbs for over 2 decades. That’s given me a chance to weed out inferior suppliers. It’s very important to me to purchase and provide herbs from legitimate sources. I want to provide you with the very best quality so that you can experience the very best effects. Please be patient.
Herbs being out of stock will also affect tea/tincture blends. I create all of my blends myself. Some of them require certain herbs that can’t be substituted to help with specific issues. If I’m not able to secure the herb, that will affect if a tea blend is available.
Lastly, please sign up for an in stock notification under the item you are looking for. You will receive an email as soon as it’s available. That way you do not miss when it’s restocked.

If you are reaching out with personal consultation related questions, I do not offer personal consultations at this time. Everything that I have in stock and available can be found there along with detailed information about each item I offer.
How long does it take to work?
Please embark on your herbal journey with the mindset of a “lifestyle” change. I am not a doctor and do not offer western medicines/prescriptions etc. Herbalism is not a “this for that” or “take 2x a day for 5 days and your cured" wellness option.
You will need to commit to being consistent and patient along with making additional changes to your lifestyle if needed.
With that said, herbs for acute issues like sleep or upset stomach usually work pretty quickly (immediately to hours). Herbs for more chronic issues like arthritis or migraines will take longer to start to see effects (30-45 days). Tonic herbs for things like immune system support or heart health are usually long term herbs. They would be taken more like vitamins.
I read somewhere that this herb works better?
Please be sure you are getting your herbal information from a practicing herbalist. There are many people online providing herbal information that are not herbalists. With that said, there is not one herb for one thing. Many herbs are interchangeable and some herbs work better for some people than they do others. Please do your research and see what works best for you.
