3. Get prepared. Stock up on portable snacks, candy and gum.
4. Stock up on our herbal smoke blends. Remember, we have formulated the blends to help minimize your anxiety and help keep you calm during your journey.
5. TO SMOKE - You can roll (or pre roll) them up in natural papers, or smoke out of a pipe.
6. TO DRINK - Don't forget your herbal smoking blend is a tea blend too! Brew as you would any other loose tea blend. You can enjoy your tea blend hot or cold.
