To make elderberry tea
Add 10-12 oz water and 1 tablespoon dried elderberries and any other herbs you are using to a small pot. Heat on high just until the tea starts to boil. Then turn the heat down to low and simmer for 15 minutes. Let the tea cool in the pot for 5 minutes, strain and enjoy.
