Iron Support Tea Blend

This delicious tea blend is made with a specially blended formula of iron rich herbs to support healthy iron levels. 

Anemia and low iron can cause many issues, this tea blend provides a natural non heme iron option. Pair with a spoon of blackstrap molasses for additional iron benefits.

-Nettle Leaf

-Parsley

-Orange Peel

-Lemongrass

-Alfalfa

-Raspberry Leaf

-Grapefruit

Steeping Instructions:

Loose tea provides the best tea experience as it allows the tea’s full flavor to circulate. For best results, bring filtered water to just under a boil. Place the tea bag or loose tea (one tablespoon per cup) in your tea cup, tea ball, or tea pot and allow it to steep until desired strength.

For additional benefits, simmer 1 Tablespoon per cup for 15 minutes.

*Approximately 1 1/2 cups loose tea in 1 oz package.

Drink Hot or Iced up to 3x a day

Feel free to add you favorite sweetener. We prefer natural raw honey as it provides a more complementary flavor and has additional beneficial properties!
