Drink this tea up to 3 times a day
Loose herbs provide the most benefits. The herbs full medicinal properties are able to circulate. For best results, bring filtered water to just under a boil. Place the tea bag or loose tea (one tablespoon per cup) in your tea cup, tea ball, or tea pot and allow it to steep 15 minutes.
Children under 2 consult physician
2-4 years: Mix 1/3-1/2 cup with water or juice if needed
4-8 years: 1/2 cup
8-12 years: 3/4-1 cup
*Add raw honey if needed to child's taste
*Approximately 1 1/2 cups loose tea in 1 oz package.
