✨What size should I get?✨ Our waist beads fit up to a 62” waist. You can wrap more than once if you are able to and have a smaller waist.

✨How do I put them on?✨ Measure around the area you would like the waist beads to hang, remove the excess beads, make a pinch point and tie a knot (3 knots are ideal). Cut extra string.

✨Can I shower with them?✨ Yes.

✨How long should I wear them?✨ Until they fall off.
